UPNA Meetings
The Union Park Neighborhood Association (UPNA) Steering Committee holds an officer's business meeting
on the second Tuesday
of each month. These meetings start at 7:00 PM and are held on
the 2nd floor of the Humphrey Center (“Old Main”) at
Grand View
University, 1500 Grandview, Des Moines, IA. These meetings are open to the public.
General Meetings for all members are held each year and are announced to the
members of the association. Only members may vote on issues
at General Meetings.
